100% ripe specialty coffee from a single farm in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, USA. Our medium roast coffee is island-grown at an altitude of 2,500-2,700 feet. Each coffee bean is hand-picked and carefully processed to maintain the highest quality possible. Kosher Certified, Rabbi Mendel Zarchi, Chabad of Puerto Rico.


A land rich in agricultural history nourished by the Cordillera Central mountainous region, it’s cool climate and heavy rainfall give Adjuntas a unique micro-climate unlike anywhere else. We are proud to share our harvest with you.

When drinking our coffee, we recommend you grind only as much coffee as you will need before brewing. It is very important that you use the proper ground size for your preferred brewing method.
