Parceiros do Café is an exclusive lot made up of coffee sourced from four different farms—Boa Vista, Fazenda Furnas, Mato Cipo, and Apostolo Simao. Each of these farms is run by dedicated families spanning the Minas Gerais region. This lot was built with quality, transparency, and traceability in mind and established relationships with each of the farms based on both the quality of the cup and the farms' openness to partner with us on data transparency. Each component brings its own unique quality to the blend and together makes a consistently delicious and clean cup of coffee. 

When drinking our coffee, we recommend you grind only as much coffee as you will need before brewing. It is very important that you use the proper ground size for your preferred brewing method.

Living Income Pricing 

80% of the world’s coffee farmers live below the poverty line and current prices paid to farmers do not meet farmers’ livelihood needs. This coffee was purchased using Bellwether’s Living Income Pricing benchmark which ensures that coffee producers were paid a fair, sustainable wage. By purchasing this coffee you’re helping interrupt poverty among coffee farmers by paying a price that closes the living income gap. 

Farmer Impact Fund

Bellwether’s Farmer Impact Fund further invests in coffee communities through direct balloon payments to producers who have autonomy to use the money on community and farm-level projects. By adding a small surcharge to your green coffee purchase, these funds are directly distributed to farmers, providing a direct connection between you and your customers to the lives of producers for the first time in the coffee industry. 

Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment.

We do our best to get your order out the door and on its way the business day after you place it. Shipping carriers do not make guarantees on transit times.
 

Customer may return eligible Product(s) for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid. All eligible Product(s) may be returned within (15) days from the date of delivery for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, and a 25% restocking fee. Any product(s) returned to Tazón without prior authorization from Tazón will be considered an unauthorized return, and the Customer will not receive credit for the product and Tazón will not deliver the product back to you.

Exceptions to Tazón's 15-Day Return Period: Customer must return the Product(s) in its original or equivalent packaging, and Customer is responsible for risk of loss and shipping and handling fees. A twenty-five (25%) percent restocking fee shall apply to all returns. If Customer fails to follow the return instructions, Tazón will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or modification of the Product(s), or processing of Product(s) for disposal or resale. Credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing associated with Customers purchase. Title to returned Product(s) shall pass to Tazón upon receipt at the specified Tazón facility.
